Day 49: Scottsdale, AZ, Saturday, August 10, 2013
I showed Terra Singing Monsters. We went to the mall and got necklaces. We went to Sky Park and we jumped and we flipped. We went to Yogurtland, I had to save my yogurt because I did not finish it. I held a chicken and we fed the chickens. They laid one egg. We went swimming and had BBQ chicken for dinner. We did fireworks. We watched Dolphin Tale. Written by Elizabeth Curtis.

Day 48: Sedona to Scottsdale, AZ, Friday, August 9, 2013
Day 47: Sedona, AZ, Thursday, August, 8, 2013
We went on a hike to look at the creek and we picked blackberries. We went swimming at the swimming hole and we floated on the alligator. Devon came and we had lunch at Indian Gardens and I had a PBH&B. We drove to downtown Sedona and went to the vortex. We climbed up the vortex, it is a magnet in the earth that makes you calm and gives off energy and it's very windy. We went to the swimming holes and swam on a log and saw rainbow trout under water. Day 46: Grand Canyon to Sedona, AZ, Wednesday, August 7, 2013
We stayed at the campsite for awhile and then went over to see the Condors flying in the canyon. I bought a new fox and mommy got a lizard at the Hopi house. We drove to Bearizona where we saw bears, wolves, bison, and their babies. We saw the wild animals driving in the car and I had no seatbelt on. We went to a deer farm where we fed deer and a camel gave me a kiss. We came to our campsite in Sedona in the canyon. We went swimming in the creek behind our campsite. Day 45: Holbrook to Grand Canyon, AZ, Tuesday, August 6, 2013
We had doughnuts and biscuits at Donuts Plus in Holbrook for breakfast. We took our picture standing on a corner in Winslow, AZ listening to the song as we drove through town. We saw the Sunset Crater Volcano, it was very cold and rainy. We came to the Grand Canyon and stopped at the overlooks and I learned about condors at the Critter Chat. We had dessert and wrote postcards in the El Tovar Lodge. We got to sleep in the car because it was so col d and rainy and there was a chance of thunderstorms. This is the best summer ever! Day 44: Santa Fe, NM to Holbrook, AZ, Monday, August 5, 2013
We went swimming in the Jacuzzi and the pool at the motel 6 in Santa Fe, NM. We stopped at the state capitol building that was an art gallery and a state capitol building. The governor's office was a museum. We drove to Albuquerque and had lunch in the old town. We went to an Indian shop and saw all the funky stuff. We bought a pot, some petrified wood and post cards. We drove through the Petrified Forest National Park. We saw petrified wood in small pieces and big colorful logs. We also saw mountains called teepees and two rainbows under the sky. Next, we came to the motel 6 in Holbrook and ate dinner at a small town restaurant on Route 66. I had salad and ice cream. We saw the Wigwam Motel and we are going to watch Cars tonight. Day 43: Amarillo, TX to Santa Fe, NM, Sunday, August, 4, 2013
We went to Cadillac Ranch and spray painted a lady bug on the wheel of a car. Then we drove to Santa Rosa, NM and ate at Sun and Sand on Route 66. We swam and jumped and dove at Blue Hole and I caught a lizard. We drove to Santa Fe and swam in the indoor pool. We drove to town. It started raining so we got in the car and drove down Canyon Road.
