Day 32: Blue Spring State Park, FL, Wednesday, July 24, 2013

We dropped Leia off at Party Animals Doggie Fun Center. We went to Journey's End Animal Sanctuary, which is a house for unwanted animals, many with disabilities. Some were blind, deaf and one was in a special wheelchair. My favorite room was the cat house, it had over 90 cats. My favorite dog was Buddy because he was really cute and soft and he really liked me. We had lunch at Gators, we got to sit inside. Next, we went tubing down the river, it was fun! I had my Gator float and mommy rented a tube. We walked around the Thursby house and I collected information for my Junior Ranger book. We saw two strange trees and an alligator in the St. John's river. I caught a baby lizard and I didn't pull his tail off. We got Leia and went back to the campsite. We had TunaMac, I didn't like it. For dessert we had hot cocoa. My favorite part about camping is trying new foods. My least favorite part of camping is sweating with sunscreen on. Written by Elizabeth Curtis.
