We had pancakes at Jellystone for breakfast and I said goodbye to my friends Stephanie and Alyssa. We drove to Columbia and had lunch at the main squeeze. I had a P B & H and a chocolate smoothie. We went to the dog park at Twin Lake and Leia swam and made some new friends and I made some mud statues and watched Leia play. Next, we went to Jefferson City and saw the state capitol and went inside to see the rotunda. It was modeled after the capitol in Washington, D.C., it was beautiful. It was the best building I have ever been in. We ate dinner at Steak and Shake and had a mint cookies and cream milkshake. I had macaroni and cheese. We came to Babler State Park and set up the campsite, made a fire and caught fire flies. I named one of them Rosie. Written by Elizabeth Curtis, edited by Laura Curtis.
